We run a professional wildlife removal business operating in Anderson, South Carolina. We service the whole Greenville metropolitan area, and do much of our work in Anderson. We are a full-service
Anderson animal trapping and removal company. We specialize in wildlife only, and are not like a regular Anderson pest control company or Anderson exterminator. We use humane methods to
solve wild animal problems in South Carolina. We solve the root of the problem, by performing home repairs to keep animals out, and preventative measures in addition to critter trapping
and removal. We offer a variety of services, from animal damage repair to waste cleanup, dead animal removal and odor control, and more. We handle several nuisance wildlife
species, including squirrels, raccoons, snakes, skunks, and opossums. We also perform bat removal and bird control services, and rodent control, including poison-free mouse and
rat removal. Give us a call any time at 864-642-0295 to discuss your Anderson animal control issue, and to schedule a fast appointment.
Anderson wildlife control tip of the month:
How do I clean raccoon feces out of my attic?
If you have had a raccoon that was living in your attic then you know that these animals make an ungodly mess. They rip up everything, leave their left over pieces of whatever they were eating everywhere, and they relieve themselves in whatever place suits them. They are disgusting animals for sure.
If you have had a raccoon, once you got it out of your attic the real work is about to begin for Anderson animal control. Now you have to clean up the mess they left behind for you. This is going to be quite a chore, but before you get started you need to make sure that you are protecting yourself and Anderson animal trapping. There are many diseases and parasites that live in raccoon waste and so if you come in direct contact with this or even breathe it in you can be endangering your health. This means you must wear gloves, a hospital mask, eye protection and cover your body with long sleeves and long pants before getting started. Boots are a good idea as well.
To begin you want to vacuum up the left over feces. Anderson exterminators say the best device to use for this is a shop vac. Something you can rinse out with bleach and water. Suck up as much of the waste as you can.
Next you want to poor a solution of bleach, water and peroxide onto the affected area. Scrub this thoroughly. Pour some more water on it and then use your shop vac and suck up the mixture. Redo this a few times to be safe. You do not want their waste soaking into your wood, so clean thoroughly.
When you are done you will want to vacuum up any newspaper, cloth, or other materials they used for their nest. If they have built a bed in your fiber glass, you will need to get rid of that section and replace it with brand new. You simply cannot take the risk here of leaving any remnants of that raccoon around.
Once Anderson pest control has completed this scrub the walls around where the raccoon was living with the same solution you used in the waste area. Make sure that you keep yourself well protected the entire time. Be safe here for sure.
When you are done it is good ideas to leave the windows open to air out the room for a few hours. To be safe in a few days have Anderson wildlife removal come back and retreat the area. You want to make sure that nothing can endanger your family or your pets.
